The following photographs are
something I’d thought about
for awhile:
Why couldn’t a
10 year old
Apple monitor be
recycled as a repository/ fruit bowl
for REAL apples ?
Why bother with
digital photographs of
apples ?
I kept
this unit around for
several years but
after a few
failed attempts to
disassemble it I
gave up
and this morning started tapping, very
gently, on the
front screen, to
see what lay
behind the glass screen.
Can’t say
for sure how
all this works
but directly behind the
(very thick) glass was
a very dense network
of wires about
the size of
a sewing thread. Clearly a grid
to communicate with
the mouse.
